Everything is tailored to you so you're getting the support you want and need. You're free to choose the features that you want included in your coaching plan, with no influence on cost.

TRAINING

Your own personalised training programme, accessible to you on Hevy. An easy to use app with your training routines at the tip of your fingers. Integrated rest timers, intensity calculators and clear exercise instructions to keep you on track with your training.

NUTRITION

Nutrition made easy with MyFitnessPal. With clear and achievable targets for calories and protein suitable for your goals and easy â€‹food logging. To me, nutrition is done best

with a flexible and balanced approach. So say goodbye to harsh

restrictions and fad diets, and say hello to a science based

and pliable approach to your nutrition. 

GOAL SETTING

A smart approach to goals with SMART goals. Setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Based goals to keep track of your progress. Three goals to keep you moving forward, so you always have something to work to in the forefront of your mind. 

SUPPORT

A judgement free zone and compassionate space to make the changes you want in your life. I want you to be the best and happiest version of yourself, and I'm here to support you along the way. At our regular check ins, this is your time to let me know how you're getting on, so I can make any relevant adjustments. No crash diets or quick fixes, this is a process that enables you to create a lifestyle that you love. Honesty and open communication play a key part in this.
